40 proof and they call it moonshine... I think I bought the highest proof they had at 140 when I was in Gatlinburg last time and I bought couple of those ones and the coconut type one for the wife. They even had a pickle one. The moonshine flight was fun, but they served it in thimble shots. After drinking it, I did not wake up with a hangover at the hotel the next day which was cool as shit.
