NEW YORK POST: Illegal migrants flooding the US are contributing to what could be the highest number of homeless in the country since the data was first recorded, with cities draining their coffers to fund shelters, a report says.

At least 550,000 people were reported homeless in January — the same month the US notched the highest number ever of border crossings, according to an analysis by the Wall Street Journal.

The disturbing homeless figure was at least 10% more than January 2023, a year that had the highest overall annual tally since 2007, when the government started reporting its own figures, the outlet noted.

Maybe instead of bitching about Mexican immigrants...maybe this country should help? Most of the people fleeing from Mexico/Central/South America are fleeing the cartels, the drugs, the gangs, the violence...etc. Since we like bringing people freedom ..We should bring freedom to Mexico and South America!

Help how? The Democrats were loving the hell out of some Chavez and Maduro. The Democrats didn't have enough good to say about the current socialist President of Mexico and the Democrats support the current dictatorship in Brazil. Fact of the matter is the Democrats opened our border to millions of immigrants, many of them career criminals while the Dems continue to run the largest child trafficking scheme known to mankind with the help of the cartels.

Yeah, how dare people bitch about an uptick in crime, violent crime, rape, drugs and the loss of opportunity to say nothing of demographic change?

You realize a lot of these illegals ARE cartels and gangs, right? Or do you believe all the brown people are virtuous and good and just want to pick the avocados?

You just proved my point even more. We don't just need to build a wall and ignore the problem. We invade countries overseas, destroy homes, vilify ethnic groups because they are "all terrorists" ...etc. Why won't we do the same for Mexico..etc? I'll wait.

It’s not our responsibility to police the planet. Imo we should irradiate them border so anyone trying to cross is committing suicide. To hell with Mexico. Moreso the worlds trash that traverses through Mexico to get here.
