All I see are Alabama's missed opportunities right now biting them. Missed XP and Dropped Fumble inside the 10. They would be within a FG right now. But if LSU goes down and scores here none of it matters.

Downfield passing isn't the glaring problem. The backs out of the backfield is. LSU is eating Alabama Alive with those plays. Their backs have 10 catches for 83 yards. They've made several 3rd downs in the game with it.

Alabama continues to struggle to cover out of the backfield. It keeps biting them.

They may not win it. But they are going down swinging. ROLL TIDE!

Fumble in the red zone early is big now. Took 3 off the board. Alabama could settle for 3 now to get it to within 7. Now they have no option but to go for it IMO.
