O que mais revolta as pessoas é o contraste: a responsabilização parece variar muito consoante quem se é. Acha que isso foi incompetência, negligência ou algo mais intencional? O jogo https://luckia.co.com deve ser sempre encarado como uma forma de entretenimento, e não como uma forma de ganhar dinheiro.

Definitely incompetence is a part of it, but add a giant dash of indifference because the people in power never have to directly deal with the consequences of their decisions. Sometimes it is intentional. Some want to see the "world burn" so to speak, so they can be the ones to come along with, in their eyes, a solution. They actually allude to it...."never let a crisis go to waste". That is why they never want to admit big progress on race relations. They always want that conflict around because they'd be without a job if it wasn't.
