Fortunately, we've been fighting back and winning. First Florida led the way in the Concealed Carry revolution starting in the 1980s. Now 30 states have Constitutional Carry. The provisions of the 1934 National Firearms Act that require tax stamps for suppressors and SBA's might go away next since the tax is now $0.

The whole excuse for claiming the 1934 NFA was constitutional was that it was a tax. Well now there is no tax on those items ergo any added requirements must be unconstitutional.

Progress is slow and difficult but we have been winning.
