It doesn’t hurt College Basketball. To assume teams would play worse OOC games makes no sense in an expanded playoff. The risk is less.

Because you don’t grind to the top of the ladder without a competitive desire that burns more than most. So while the money is comforting and nice, being branded a failure and a loser tends to sting a little more then it would the average Joe.

I understand, I know the angst initially from getting scorned by a coach. Just stating my case. We’ll see over the next few seasons.
