Hit up Sam LaGrassa's or Mike&Patty's for a good sammich. Wife and I love the Boston Museum. The Waterfront area and Faneuil Hall is nice. Tourist hot spots but good for walking around. Lamplighter Brewing in Cambridge or Trillium Brewing in Boston are good choices.

I suffered from migraines for the longest time and was just treated as they happened. Saw a specialist and ended up getting treated for sleep apnea and allergies. Haven't had one in ages I do treat quite a few patients that have migraines from TMJ issues. Cluster headaches are another level.
