Neither Washington nor Oregon were considering staying in the PAC 12 once a Big Ten offer came in. There may have been some negotiating games in order to try to get a better deal but neither of them were going to stay.

Even last year, Aggie had their moments. They nearly beat Alabama in T-Town and beat LSU handily. A lot of that young talent won't be that young this year. If the offense gets a kick from Bobby P, Aggie will be a legit contender in the west IMO.

I know people will mock the pick but I really like Texas A&M this year. I think they're looking at a breakout season.

ACC informally voted against adding Stanford/California last night. They need 12/15 to approve any additions. Florida State, Clemson, Virginia, North Carolina and NC State voted against.

I think you might be on to something. I don't think this move makes sense for a school like Florida State or Clemson. However, maybe a compromise has been reached behind the scenes.

Things seem to be moving forward with Stanford/California and the ACC. I'm stunned honestly. Not a done deal yet but things are moving more in that direction.

Quick Update: - Florida State is going to leave the ACC. The question remains the timing. I've heard some people suggest they're going to leave the ACC next week, other people think they need more time. I'm leaning towards FSU staying in the ACC for at least the 2024 season. - Stanford...

I can't imagine Stanford would consider this move without California.

Nobody I've talked to has either. I remain skeptical that this ever happens.
