Not only did one knock down my bird feeders, he TOOK the damn things, so I had to go get two new ones. He also bent one of the posts so badly that I had to spend time straightening it out using the hitch on the truck as a fulcrum- perilously close to actual "work" which is something that I don't get involved with.

The smart bastige is going to get a surprise next time.

Hahaha.

All I can say is my heavy gauge wire fence powered by a good quality solar panel with backup battery has put horses on the other side of the pasture and dogs don't try it a 2nd time.

We bring our feeders in at night because the raccoons can climb anything. The only thing that keeps them off the post feeders is a heavy dose of axle grease on the post.
