'Unbelievably Stupid' Tourist Charges Yellowstone Bison Herd

Oklahoma resident Les Vandever said he is still stunned after seeing a man charging into a herd of bison in Yellowstone. "It was a moment of unbelievable stupidity," he said. “We were sitting in our car, just dumbfounded."

stupid is stupid. 25 plus years ago the wife and I were in South Dakota for Christmas with her family and we stopped along the interstate to get pics of a large herd when some drunk college kids thought it would be a great idea to jump the fence and go play with the cows, my FIL advised them those are not cows and quite prone to violence, but one jumped anyways and in less then 30 seconds he realized his mistake and came back over the fence and ripped his thigh wide open on the barbed wire fence, we had to apply a tourniquet and take him back about 5 miles to the hospital in Watertown SD, what a moron.
