As a graphic artist, I feel I am the only one qualified to make a definitive list of a logo aesthetically ranked quality. Trust the experts.

My opinion top 2. Out of the BIG schools the Iowa tiger hawk (some bias here) and the Michigan st. spartan logo's are the best. The rest are just mostly a letter. Except for ped states, but fuck them, they shouldn't have a logo.
The pacs best are Utah and Arizona st.
Big 12 is Kansas and Texas techs
Acc is Clemson and Virginia
Sec is South Carolina and Arkansas

I'm not a big fan of the Utah one from the picture I included. But I do really like this one...



Utah falls into that category for depending on the logo, they could have been easily moved up for me.
