Tattoos and Piercings

Why do some people choose to disfigure their bodies? It seems to be a growing trend.

I never understood it either. I don't care if someone gets or has tattoos, piercings, but when they start getting them all over, neck, face, they are a definite turn off. Talk about announcing to the world that you're dumb. My wife has a niece that is doing this to herself, its sad

I dont mind a couple tattoos. The whole body shit is not where it's at. I have a feeling in 10 to 15 years there will be a whole flipping on tatts and hardly anyone will be getting them.
