the dude has a confidence about him that i think he believes he is totally innocent, while i agree that the police are not Gods that have ultimate power over everybody, there is a fine line that he crossed, it seems he had hands in his pocket and did not show them when asked, If I was a cop in todays world, I would not play around at all with possible threats. even in a swim suit, dude should have just taken his hands out ! bitch cop could have handled that better though.
