Well I'll probably exhaust myself but deciding to just go all in with helping coach my kids' teams or just helping them & other family members. The miscarriage has been tough but we have weathered the storms and will continue to do so.
At the time of the miscarriage, I was helping coach my son in youth wrestling in Indiana. It was a tough season as we got our butt's kicked but had a really young team. Stubbornly I hope we can both be on that one again & finish better. I'll probably also go back to coaching our old Ohio youth club as my successor asked if I could help him this upcoming season & my daughter wants to try full go in girls wrestling. Before that I'm helping again to coach Coach Pitch (5-7 co-ed baseball/softball) for my daughter's team. Can also fill in to help my sons baseball 8-11 (farm league) team if needed. Then my 4H leader duties, then flag football president/commissioner/coach of Pre-k to 4th grade, and 5th & 6th tackle football board member. Adding K & 1st girls soccer coaching as well (I have little soccer knowledge). Wouldn't be surprised if I have to add helping boys & girls hoops during wrestling season too.
Meanwhile the older 3 are in FFA, two maybe more getting into livestock open shows, one in HS hoops, one in MS football, basketball, & wrestling just as a step parent. So I may run myself in the ground but I'm doing it for my kids/stepkids, nephews/nieces, and close cousins' kids. After my January pain, I'm not letting anyone get to me like the past. They can't hurt me as I've suffered the worst. So those in Northeast/East Central Indiana & Northwest/West Central Ohio look out as we will be coming guns blazing in soccer, football (flag & tackle), basketball, wrestling, baseball, softball, 4H/FFA/livestock shows, dance, and etc.
