He might be the better coach, but I don't see him having a higher ceiling unless he leaves Baylor for a better job...…..soon.

Well first off, I have stated since before this season started Matt is the next HC of the New York Giants. And if not them, then, I’d certainly expect him in the league within the next 1-2 years.
But even if he were to stay. In what way is his ceiling lower? Matt’s in a significantly larger and fertile recruiting area in an easier conference, at a program that’s already prove recently it can win a lot of games.
I don’t think either guy is long for their job overall, and if the question is who has the higher ceiling, who do you want taking over your program then give me Matt. I’ve seen first hand, up close and personal what he can do.
