Strong take. Allow me to counter argue. It is the public school system that is turning children into socialists. Teachers unions full of feminist activists, trained to change the world by corrupting young minds. What was once constrained to higher education has trickled down and now flooded all the way down to grade school - or sooner! These zealot teachers delight in the power of “influencing” the innocent, many of these sick minded freaks not wanting children of their own, but wanting to recreate their wretched selves by transforming others’ kids. These teachers are protected by the left (and now the DOJ), and any criticism of them is met with extreme vitriol and every form of legal or media pushback. They don’t hide the fact that they want your kids. They SAY as much.

Now, “raising good kids ain’t hard”? I can’t speak to that. I have no kids, never raised one but I bet it’s hard. And I bet most people can’t afford to stay at home and homeschool their kids, so for anyone who can’t afford to pay for a private education, good luck. No matter how much morality and time you spend on your kid, you have a near equally influential and malevolent authority figure directly undermining and vilifying you without your knowledge. And with each new, like minded pink haired obese drone pig cow teacher espousing the same rhetoric, you can be the worlds best dad, and rub the risk of your little girl becoming a buzz cut trans boy who hated you. They need but go to TikTok or TeenVogue or (insert anything, really) to be inundated with extreme left wing ideology. I bet a kid can’t navigate 3 pages online without LQBTGZ$£ shit slapped in their face, and race ain’t far behind. You’re 49, so you raised your kids in a bygone era, pre-social media. Fvcked up? The weirdo kid r@ped a girl in school and instead of giving the kid the boot they transferred him to another school while covering it up and what happened? The kid r@ped another girl in school and they still fvcked off the parents to the point they had the father of the victim arrested and afterwards asked the Feds to step in and label disgruntled parents 'terrorist'.

Has any Democrat actually said this was handled properly?

I'm unaware of any, but apparently the bar here is that politicians must release a statement every time this shit happens or somehow they are complicit? I'll be happy to play by those rules too, but that's just silly.

The basic nutz and bolts of the case are a kid allegedly sexually assaulted a girl and they moved him to another school where he did it again. That's the fuckup.

Could care less what letter of the alphabet the kid likes to call himself, he's a predator and should have been isolated until the facts of the case were resolved.

You could care less, but it’s that little old T that got him quietly relocated, which allowed a second victim. It’s the T that’s kept him protected, and thus those that protected HIM from facing consequence, it’s the further protection of the T that got the victims father arrested. Don’t pretend this is as simple as you’re making it sound. It’s a battleground issue, and the left doesn’t give a damn who suffers in pursuit of their agenda. And you also can play coy but you know damn well no democrat of note will say shit because it’d be political and social suicide. They will, if anything, defend the kid/issue.

My kids are 16 and 11 here in another month, so not so much a bygone era (and the primary reason I can't retire even though I have the money to do that already hah!). By and large most teachers aren't socialist zealots attempting to corrupt the minds of children, they're just people like you and me doing their job in the best way they can. I'm sure some out there have a social agenda they want to push, but by and large it's simply not the case. I meet with each of my children's teachers at least twice a year and have a face to face with them. None are sporting purple hair and waving around a dildo.

My older one will often talk about stuff brought up at school, but it's more from his friends than the teacher about crazy shit happening in the world. I offer advice, ask him to look at both sides of it, then make his own decisions.

A kid will spend approximately 6-8 hours (maybe 10 if they're in some sorta extra curricular) a week with any given teacher. If you as a parent haven't given them the tools to analyze what they're saying if they have an agenda, again, that falls on the parent. If you can't spend more than 10 hours a week with your kid, then you need to re-prioritize your life.

The people most often complaining about this stuff are grabbing out the outliers (Thanks again social media for finding the whack-a-doodles) and then trying to apply it to the entire education system. I can probably just as easily to out and find some religious nutjob article who says all kids are going to burn in hell for not believing in Jesus. The reality is often somewhere in the middle.

I miss the days when you could just make fun of the fruitloops, but you can't make fun of the left because everyone's all woke. And you can't make fun of the right because then you're attacking muh religion. Everyone plays the persecution card.

Again if you're kid turns out a communist, you've done a shitty job as a parent.

That's just a strawman argument. You don't know what the authority figure would do if the kid wasn't wearing a dress. You're just assuming he'd come down harder/make a different decision, but you don't know.

What you should be upset about is the fact that a potential rapist got put into another school. Period. At least that's where my head is at as a parent. I could give a fuck less if the kid raping my daughter has a dress or blue jeans on, the fucker is dead meat and they ain't never going to find his body.

You want to point out a kid wearing a dress got special treatment? Great. I can play this game as well. There's a fucking metric shitton of kids who've gotten special treatment after raping a girl. Shall we start pointing out their political affiliations? It's a pointless game to play and just goes to further someone's agenda.

A girl got raped, the kid needs to be dealt with and the guy who covered it up needs to be fired and potentially prosecuted for malfeasance.
