Who does The Donald choose as his running mate?

I say it because where I live, they still don't legally preform same sex marriage. Just let em get fucking married at this point, I don't get it. They deserve to be just as miserable as the next person.

I remember when it was just about letting them get married.

Wasn’t that slippery of a slope before we had boys dressed up like girls, going into the girls bathroom and raping girls.

That's 100% different than my let's the gays get married. Gay folks and marriage is not the same as the woke agenda. We gotta be cognisant not to conflate the two because that's how we box out would be allies.

I've discussed this gender thing before, but it's a weird hyper western solution to an only western problem if that makes sense. This, I can be who I want thing and calling it gender is a direct reaction to what is considered the more typical Caucasian Evangelical model of family life or something weird. It makes zero sense and is weird as fuck.

Echoing Nod, it was the one part I disagreed with.

It's such a weird subject to me because I absolutely adore my children but as a person who fucking hates statism, I won't stand against somebodies ability to get one. It's not a principle I enjoy but it is a principle based on pure freedom and I'm about that.

It's like drugs, I say legalize that shit, open access and all will regulate itself when the crack heads drop dead. After all, it is their choice and freedom to do what they want to themselves.

I'm also pro, own a tank, own an arsenal, own a damn F16 if you can afford it lol.

My whole stance eloquently summed up is, I don't want my freedom to end where someone else's opinion begins and therefore in kind, I extend the same.

I agree but where we disagree is I see the fetus as a person, so the mother’s rights have ended where the viable humans have begun.

Oh I completely understand. I don't advocate for abortion after the first trimester unless of rape, incest or devastating loss to the mother and child.

After that, you've got enough time to make your damn decision before that baby becomes cognisant of itself in the womb.

I know how you feel with the "breath of life" catholic stance I think it's called. Life at inception basically right?

Yep. Catholic and inception (but I agree I’m okay with it in cases of rape, incest, or mother’s health).

Personally I'm not for abortion but again, if someone else is, it's not my life and not my decision to live with. It's a weird slippery slope because where does the baby's rights begin and where does the incubators end?
The babies rights begin when they have unique, human DNA. So, basically conception. Of course, many people don't recognize that. Many people didn't recognize black or Jewish people as humans either. In hind sight, that wasn't a good look.

170 years ago would you have said.... "I wouldn't personally own slaves but again, if someone else does, it's not my life and not my decision to live with." I'm guessing yes, from your previous post. Weak.

It started with not harrassing them. Cool.

Then it went to letting them have civil unions. Cool.

Then it was marriage. Cool, but can we call it something different because that's a sacrament?

NO! Ok, cool.

Then it was celebrate us, NOW, or you are a hypocrite. Ugh, go gays ~ I guess...?

Then it's celebrate those trans people too!!! Whatever....

Now it's come to 'trans' kids raping girls in the fucking restroom at school. Didn't some of us predict this shit????

Yep. Catholic and inception (but I agree I’m okay with it in cases of rape, incest, or mother’s health).
See, I take an even harder stance. Why kill one of the victims of rape? Also, these are a very small percentage of abortions. Ask any pro-choice person to take that off the board and then continue the conversation and they will resist.

Mothers health issues are an incredibly small percentage, and we shouldn't make a rule based on the exception.

Oh I agree. All of them are less than 3% of abortions. I just cannot judge those that abort in those rare instances.

That's a bad faith argument. Calling me weak is reflective.

How is it a bad faith argument? Is that what you would have told the Jews in 1930s Germany? Come on man... I called it weak because you know its weak.

It's not, because we are debating morals here in the end when it comes to abortion. We are not when it comes to out of the womb, physical human life.

The 1st trimester only debate comes in primarily under the guise of souls which is religious. Ignoring that marker itself makes it bad faith. It's not akin to the enslavement of human life or the genocide of a specific race.

What the real debate is with this is, human life and human soul being tied together with one part being said out loud and the other not at all.

Does a clumped mass inside a stomach, devoid of human shape still with the sperm completely intact outside the egg, does it have life, does it have a soul? Life, yes, soul, well, that's the religious debate.

I love you man. And yes, I believe it does. My wife and I are 4 days past embryo transfer (IVF). Our “embryo” whether it takes or not us my child. I feel it. I feel it in my soul.
