Rittenhouse Trial

The judge in this case seems quite based. You see him come unglued at the prosecutor several times yesterday?
Yeah. But did you see the prosecutors body language? So smug, and he condescended and even lectured the judge. Judge came across as weak IMO. The lawyer accomplished what he wanted- smeared Kyle in the court of public opinion. They know he will walk but they want him forever branded as an eager little killer.

If the prosecution was smart they would boil this down to why did he travel there. Instead of making this about self defense or who was armed or not. Just what put you in that situation.

As is. This is one of the stupidest trials in recent history. At this point I honestly wonder if they are doing such a terrible job to purposely draw a mistrial. Or that someone. Or someone's doesn't believe he should be charged and they are doing everything that they can to bungle it.

Either way in 6 months the country will move on and not care about it anymore

They should have pled this down to some misdemeanor gun charges way back when...greedy political animals...

Zealous is more like it. It’s like the Floyd case. Cop should have been tried for involuntary manslaughter but they wanted the most extreme (and he shouldn’t have been convicted of it). In this case they don’t want to punish Kyle, they want to vilify and destroy him, as an example to others; do not resist the machine or else be ground into meat.

Oh, the judge is weak. But at least he's not woke. The prosecutor is smug, and his tone with the judge was extremely disrespectful. The judge did let him walk all over him. But at least he's making the correct decisions on what should/shouldn't be presented.

That is accurate...

To ALL the people hating on the tears...

Have you ever killed someone?

Then go fuck off...

I have. It was in war. They deserved it. They escalated the situation and our actions were 100% justifiable, and these were some of the worst human beings imaginable.

It still eats at me. I still drink too much and engage in self-destructive behavior over it sometimes, even though I feel completely justified and would do it all again.

I still weep over it sometimes when I'm in my feelings.

Taking a life takes a toll on you, and if you don't understand that, good for you.

Giving shit to a kid for crying over having taken lives? What the fuck is wrong with you people?
