The Anniversary of 1/6. A day that will go down as an *. MSM treating like it was 12/7 or 9/11. It's not. It was a wake up call that the government has become too far removed from the working people who built and continue to maintain this country. Liberals who buy votes through give away programs are hitting the snooze button...

Politicians are going to politic. That is what they do.

I do think we need to remember the day for what happened. But it would be far better if we could use it like we would any historical event and draw from it to learn and do better. Instead of just using it as a political hot potato.

Just another case of the powers that be trying to use what is in the power on each side of an issue to draw a contrast and separate Americans instead of uniting them.

I do not think we will ever be United again. And I don’t think either side wants it anymore.

Of that you are 1000% correct. They have found there is vastly more fund raising on the edges when people are just flat pissed off than there is in the middle when you are just doing your job. Gone is the age of Reagan, Ike, JFK, even Nixon and Johnson for all of their misdeeds. The cracks in the 20th century of politics have turned into the Grand Canyons of the 21st.

Remember it for what? Ashli Babbitt being shot by a trigger happy Capitol Cop? A couple of yahoos amongst a large crowd of people peacefully walking through the Capitol building? It's barely deserving of a sidebar in history. UNLESS you want to look at how the DoJ has been politicized to prosecute the political adversaries of the President. That's worth discussing, but no one in MSM is discussing that.

Should be remembered fir disrupting and preventing the showing of evidence of voter fraud. Instead we never got it. I do believe America died on 1/6/21, history may reflect it.
