I am out and about today so I haven’t had the opportunity to search boards and see the extent of the injury.
@Irishblooded regarding freshman Slovis. Those fans that follow practices had him at #4 and were surprised when he was named #2, but according to the coaches when they met to discuss depth charts prior to the opener, they all had him at #2. Our new O.C likes him and Helton’s job is on the line, so they must see something in him.

Good or bad this might save Heltons job.
If they have a 6-6 to 8-4 type season they can put it on the true freshman and new offense.
