No, I can. That's a horrifically dumb book and should not be taught in schools. I can guarantee you it wouldn't see the light of day in middle Tennessee. So, sure, sign me up for "banning" that particular dumb as hell book. You can teach kids about America's complicated history without it reaching that dumbass level. I just think generally speaking CRT was the next boogeyman that was going to destroy our country, and in reality it isn't being taught and if anything it'll swing the pendulum so far the other way that teachers will stop teaching about the Civil Rights movement for fear of some Marjorie Taylor Greene parent attacking her in a school board meeting.

Okay? And Putin wanted Trump to win, and interfered in 2 elections to do such a thing. He was never going to attack Ukraine when Trump could be in the WH helping in far more significant ways. This Ukrainian invasion is the end of Putin's reign in Russia. It was a horribly dumb move.

Did you hear our enemy in Iran asking Biden to come back to the table with the Iran deal when Biden won? I wonder why? One of our greatest enemies wanted Biden because the Iran deal was a benefit to them because leaving hurt them.

It is in elementary school libraries. Beyond that, you have countless examples of students being asked to rank their privilege, participate in privilege bingo, being asked to affirm that they are inherently racist due to their skin color, being given school credit for supporting or participating in BLM activities or protests, or being taught the basics of CRT or 'anti-racism' in school; that the system in the US was designed to benefit white people, and that every bad thing that happens to a black person is not their fault, but the fault of an inherently racist system.

I WISH it was only Fox News outrage porn, but it is, in fact, happening all over the country; and not just at the level of individual teachers, but entire school systems.


Care to respond, in good faith, or are you just going to bury your head in the sand of cognitive dissonance?

Yes, that's the panic porn being vomited by the left and the teacher's unions.

In reality, the actual amendment never mentions CRT. It simply reaffirms basic civil rights.


Notice that section (b) specifically states that teaching or discussions are specifically protected when they are germane to the curriculum.

I know it's a difficult concept, but you can teach students about the history of slavery and the civil rights movement without teaching them that whites are inherently evil and that blacks are inherently helpless.
