I know this is a fantasy on my part, BUT. I wonder if ever anybody who is in charge somewhere gonna sack up and tell these assclowns to sit down, and shut the fuck up because we have real problems that need to be worked on.

People that have common sense and the intestinal fortitude to speak truth are no longer electable in our pansy controlled country.

and why would a potential candidate
with the best qualifications
(honesty, integrity, knowledge, wisdom, experience, etc),
subject themselves (and their family/friends)
to the bitter and unrelenting attack,
from our dishonest, corrupt and complicit media ??

And that is EXACTLY the point. They know no one will. Even good, righteous men (or women) cafe under the endless, evil assault. Even if they can take it themselves, they won’t subject their loved ones to it. That is also why Trump terrified and infuriated them. The man IS a narcissist - but that worked in his favor. His ego was such no matter how much they railed and slung, it only fortified the man. The more they attacked, mocked and insulted, the deeper his resolve, his drive. They’d double down and he’d triple. They were too fucking stupid and accustomed to resistance free victory to realize it. Like pissing of the Hulk, they kept making their own worst enemy. But barring another special case like Trump, their 24/7/365 soul rape character assassination tactics work, as a deterrent or as an eventual.
