Yep. Some damn good guys that are slowly boiling to death. It's sad. But that is today's society. Conformance to the hierarchy is a trained response now. The more you give up, the more they take from you.....one spoonful at a time.....

The truth, the cold hearted truth. Having the same convos with the same people over the same topics just wears people down eventually.

It’s like a sitcom. Your early seasons are great, your middles are ok, but once you hit post syndication, the story’s get recycled or too absurd and eventually people just go through the motions.

Comparing there to here is pathetic at best. Numbers alone should make that place better...much better. From what I'm hearing, that's not the case. It's stale here because we don't have numbers.....yet. Still growing, though. That place can't claim that.

Perhaps you’re bored here… I suspect you’re more frustrated than bored, and we know why, but no one is forcing you to keep “tuning in.” Especially if you’re on the creative team. Book a new, fresh angle, or get stepping.
