I think they're either in denial, or too emotionally stupid to realize they've been kicked out of the oppressed group and are now in with the white cis males and Jews. Women of color can hide behind their race, or sexuality, maybe, or they can (if white) still use teh gender card against a white guy (see Johnny Depp), but otherwise, they're Karens now.
