I figured years ago that California would just break off into the ocean... Unfortunately if some of the states split, we would be still be supporting them like the Dominican Republic/ Haiti or something. I heard on the radio today while driving that Oregon reports that 20% of their population is addicted to illegal drugs. This is a heavy increase since drugs like Heroin, Meth and Fentanyl have become basically legal in quantities for "personal use." If the police want to cite you, it is basically like a traffic ticket but they rarely enforce it. Crime is sky high to get a fix, but needles are free.
