In this day and age I wouldn't allow a 16 year old access to a fucking flathead screwdriver.

I've been saying for decades that maturity doesn't have an age. All of those need to be the same age even if the number is 26 because all require a certain level of maturity.

Ideally, we should require passing a test on maturity with no age limit either way, but that would open a can of worms that none of us really want.
