Bye Bye PAC-12

***Hot Take***

Oregon & Washington's push for unequal sharing led to Cal & Stanford working back door with the Big XII in conjunction with Notre Dame & CBS to move over & secure Tier 1 CBS rights. With this move, I expect we grab Colorado & Arizona as well in this, I don't think ASU & Utah pull the trigger and get left behind. We only needed 4 teams this round and new Commish Yormark is eyeing eastern expansion next. I expect an announcement about this hot take by August 1st at the earliest.

Stanford & Cal were both thrown this lifeline by Notre Dame and has caused enough discussion that Cal who is 400m in debt and close to default is looking at self preservation along with Stanford in this regard after a less than expected Pac-10 valuation. Currently the cultural & political divide is riding 3rd on the bench now. The air tight ship of academic superiority out west is crumbling.

I'll be surprised if this doesn't also see Oregon & Washington coming in. As it sits, those 4 aforementioned create a net revenue positive for the Big XII, Oregon & Washington might see that writing on the wall and join up increasing financial stability for all parties.

Washington would own the Big 12 like a cheap $20 crack h0 at a Stillwater truckstop.

But we don't have no truck stops in Stilly 😭😭😭
This will do.

After throwing a temper tantrum Governor Newsom and the UC regents gave their ok for ucla to leave the pac but ucla may have to share some of their revenue with their sister Cal. It’s the California way.

edit: I would post the local paper link but then I would have to subscribe to it. I’m not given that fish wrap my money. Just take my word for it.

B1G 10 fans will get to see a half empty Rose Bowl while UCLA fans type 'LA tRafFiC iS ThE w0RsT!'

Quite possible ESPN just offered the Pac-10 a 24.5 million per team with the Pac-10 pursuing unequal revenue distribution at 16.5% for Oregon & Washington, 13.5% for Cal & Standford and the other 40% to be divided betwixt the other 6.

Zona board of regents having a closes session meeting Wednesday.

Wilner and Stewie Mandel are desperately trying to write a narrative that the Pac-10 is in good shape. They are detached from reality.

Stewie literally said to the effect "the Big XII gets 50mil per team but the Pac gets 25 mil, here's why that's better" and decided to hit send.

Both these guys are sunshine pumping a dead horse and it's sad.
Both conferences are fux0red atm. OU and UT leaving the Big 12 and SC and LA Lite leaving the PAC. =/

There's a play if the idiots would get on board. Oregon, Washington, Cal, Stanford, Arizona & Colorado to the Big XII & work the ND NBC deal and become a conference that can command 75 million per year. Yeah, the only Blue Blood we'd have would be ND but I will say this, no conference will be as exciting and NO other conference will control all 4 time slots making it even more valuable.

That's the play, just gotta get the silly gooses to see it. Also that conference gets paid & laid

New Big XII + special guest*
