My uncle (like 2 years older than me...) had a 70 Chevelle, but I know he really wanted a 69. The 67 almost looks like a sleeper grocery getter kinda car compared to the 69/70 body style. Just almost because it does have an aggressive stance and it looks spunky.

My father said his 67 would lift the front wheels off the ground when hammering it. Thats straight of the box, no mods.
 
My brother had a Cougar but traded for a 1965 Mustang fastback GT R-Code 289 (271 hp). It's in pieces, but he still has it, and I still have my 1969 fastback.
