Tennessee @ Georgia

He actually came to my wedding so maybe I should ask for an apology because you didn't.

Just threw some interesting stuff out there. I have no clue what's gonna happen. Frankly I don't even care. A one loss UGA makes the playoff regardless of if it's to the Viles, or in the SECCG.
What would be the one unlikely would be if Tennessee beats you, you’re locked out of SECCG, and a one loss Bama beats Tennessee - then you’d have a Bama locked in and decision between 1 loss UGA or Tennessee.

Keep you attention in Red Stick, but to respond.....that loss in the SECCG would drop them. Look at the history of the Committee. Bama and tOSU made the CFP without winning the conference years before UGA pulled it off.

Well you’re probably right- I’m just war-room strategizing the one scenario where a 1-loss Georgia doesn’t. If they lost to Tennessee, and Bama beats Tennessee in a rematch in the SECCG, obviously Bama is in but they’d have to choose between UT and UGA. No one would want Bama/UT 3, but it would be a rubber match. Meanwhile UT would have a better record and head to head win vs UGA. It’d be chaos. I think they’d pick UGA over UT but it’s the one scenario where y’all might get shut out.

So you are rooting for your worst enemy so you don't have to play UGA in the SECCG? Help me understand how that makes sense.

It means you are posting in a very arrogant way, and I am trying to deal with it the best I can. I understand that Tennessee hasn't had anything to shout about for 2 decades. Hell, I just got the rights to shout after 4 decades. Slow your roll.
I have told you that I don't know who will win. That doesn't seem very arrogant to me. You also need to realize that we've got pooods taking pot shots at Fulmer and I haven't taken any at Smart or UGA. So, I suppose I don't see things in the same light as you. That said, we can drop it and I'll try to be more sensitive.

Fulmer is a fat fucking cheater, though. Always has been, always will be. Kirby is an angel that has always done everything right and above board.

How do we reconcile that disagreement?

Ride however you want to. Some stats..... hat Heupel has accomplished is amazing. I have NO feel for this game. Toss up.

Interesting statistical data comparison using P5 teams only. For UGA, I also excluded Vandy which skews the data as they are a FCS level team.

UGA averages:
Offense: 42.6 points per game, 531 ypg (323 pass-208 run)
Defense: 12.4 points per game, 308 ypg (203 pass-105 run)

TN averages vs Power 5 opponents only:
Offense: 41.6 points per game,
496 ypg (309 passing- 188 run)
Defense: 17.2 points per game,
428 ypg (316 passing – 112 run)

Common opponent is FL:
UGA: 42-20
Offense: 555 total yards (316 pass-239 run)
Defense: 371 total yards (271 pass-100 run)

TN: 38-33
Offense: 576 total yards (349 pass-227 run)
Defense: 594 total yards (453 pass – 141 run).

Yeah, I know, Tennessee has played a top ten team every week since 1998, and UGA hasn't played a top ten team since 1980, so @della, no need to respond. Your glorious orange Viles are the team of destiny. If you don't believe me, ask MOST Bama fans.
FIFY and don't speak for me.
pukecycle orange will always be a stain on cfb.
