How I envision Nods bachelor party progressing

TLDR but I’m still planing on getting there a little after 10pm night of the wedding. So make sure you save some beer for me.

What I tell my employees about work, "If you cain't get there when you supposed to, get there when you can." <<<Yeah....that was sarcasm.

Doesn't matter, bro. I been wanting to meet you for a number of years now. I'm hyped more than I can explain.

Same here. I’m passing through GA right now. I have to say outside of ATL the state is actually very beautiful.

Well folks. Here's my latest update. Got back where I'm staying last nite after a few days in Huntsville where all the family is.
As far as the stroke? Well, seems a bit of damage has been done but with proper rehab which she has started on it overall shouldn't be to bad when all is said and done. She's back home with her hubby but doing the rehab coupla times a week so far.
And being there, seeing and talking to everybody, there are a coupla other things going on. So, with that being said, yeah, not going to make it.
And here is a bit of something for thought. Being as it seems I'm the only sober one of this bunch and on rivals I made several mentions of my AA membership how would that have worked out? If somebody needed a designated driver I would have been perfect. Anyway I had planned on just doing the wedding and getting to actually put faces in person to all the names on the board. Such is life.
Have fun guys and don't anybody try and get hurt to bad. LOL!!!!!

Obviously don’t know ya pard but:
1. Is there a forward thinking MD in the care of whomever had the stroke? An allograft cord blood stem cell IV push can be very helpful, very!....but it has to happen fast.
2. Applaud your AA progress! That’s awesome. Sorry I won’t get to meet you.

Glad she's doing better bud! Will miss you on this end but tend to your family.
We have worked out a DD for anyome that needs to get home. But appreciate the thoughts.
ODD made it here tonight. Stayed up way too long talking. About to hit the hay now.

Thanks for the kind words everybody. Yeah, fam first and it is what it is.
Make plans and adjust on the fly. Still planning on moving out west tho. Prolly somewhere in Mt.
Weather. Well, Nod, where your at it's a bit of that thin dry air isn't it? Makes cold easier to deal with. At least as I have experienced it. Besides, after 60 below in Fargo, ND I doubt there is such a thing as cold. That was interesting.
Now, one other thing. I don't know if you remember or not but back on Rivals a coupla years ago some of us got into a discussion of potatoes/hashbrowns. You mentioned how you make some killer browns. I said if ever that way I may stop in cause I love me some hashbrowns.
To which you replied anytime. If I do make the move out west I'll still take you up on that.

Have fun guys.

Well, from what I was told they are on it biggtime with getting her better from the stroke. Just gotta give time time and she needs to do what is necessary on her part.
As far as AA. Yeah, cool. Actually I'm not bothered by being around drinking. All the office/shop Christmas parties I have been around, it is the way it goes. I have no problem with people having a few and a good time. Just when someone starts getting loud, obnoxiuos(like I used to) I have to excuse myself. The bigger problem is when someone lights up a joint and I get a whiff of 2nd hand pot smoke. I react immediately. Like I've smoked one myself. I am then, politely, but outta there pronto.

You remind me of my BFF and hunting partner Ray. RIP Ray we'll hunt together again... We'd come up to hunting camp (now where I live) and he'd laugh his ass off and egg us drinkers on. None of us were mean or obnoxious drunks though. Got no time for that behavior drunk or sober...
