I will say that this could be a quandary for the dems. I believe she got it right, at least if that tweet is correct. I haven't read the decision so I don't know how she came to her conclusion or how far she thinks it should go.
The right of the people to keep and bare arms shall not be infringed. Now you can argue people in the constitution means legal citizens, and you would be correct. But, I believe the right to self defense is a universal God given right that should know no boundaries. We in the United States are just lucky that the founders deemed it important enough to enshrine it in our constitution. I have no problem with anyone owning a gun as long as they are not using it for crime.

True but I agree with CJ. This is now a Gordian knot. If the Dems keep pushing to take away the second amendment - but now, they’d be taking it away from their new voting base, their poor victims. If they claim it’s necessary due to crime, they admit illegals are violent and there’s the racial implication. If they ignore it, they further cement the need for 2A, especially among the law abiding.

Course I also know they’re demonic double standard cubes who’ll try and have it both ways. Lying to do it.
