There was outrage when Trump said he’d do it years ago. But that was before Musk bought Twitter and their control of every single major platform. Since then their corruption has been exposed and their lies can be fact checked. They can’t very well outright steal and lie about it, or the “war”, or immigration, etc. so, this sets the precedent before they either steal Twitter from musk, or, shut it down.

Oh don’t get me wrong- I hate tik tok. It’s trash, societal cancer. But this is a precursor to them stealing or destroying Twitter/any opposition.

It's called "censorship", and it's a blatant attack on the Constitution. I see that clearly. I also see daily how the addiction to "face in my phone all day" is destroying everything. Put you fucking phone down and do your job. Put your fucking phone down and spend time with your child. Just put your fucking phone down and have a life in the world around you.

That's why the bill passed the House in a landslide. I can't argue with that. But still, I think it has ruined interaction in the real world. That's why I am a fan of it's death.
