Diet Soda

Green tea, filtered water (or coconut water for electrolytes), vodka or silver tequila for me. Thankfully, mostly water these days.

I’ll occasionally have a beer or soda at a restaurant. I used to drink a ton of craft beer and soda, and it took a couple months before I stopped missing it, but I’m glad I did switch.

I feel sluggish, if not bloated if I have a couple beers or more than half a glass of soda.
