***Week 5 Saturday***

Kalen DeBoer’s record in his last 14 games against ranked opponents the last four years at Alabama, Washington and Fresno State:

13-1.

That now includes a 7-1 mark vs. teams ranked in the top 11.
The PAC west pusscake damn near blew it. WTF, shitbag? I thought he was supposed to be gold, not knock off copper shined up sweetly.

Time to change this graphic. Remove the 2007 game and add tonight's game.

Some great games and great stories from this weekend.

One score games decided in the final minutes:
Virginia Tech vs Miami, Washington vs Rutgers, Georgia vs Alabama, UCLA vs Oregon, Boise State vs Washington State, Kentucky vs Ole Miss, Oklahoma vs Auburn, UNC vs Duke, Cincinnati vs Texas Tech, South Alabama vs LSU (that one REALLY surprised me).

Army (first time since mid-90s) and Navy (first time since mid-40s) both starting the season 4-0!

Washington outgained Rutgers by 223 yards, had zero turnovers and still managed to lose. =/ btw I don't think the Oregon vs UCLA game was a one score game.

I think Cincinnati also outgained and possessed the ball longer than TTU, but the scoreboard is all that matters.

Obviously, you are correct about the Oregon/UCLA game, not sure what game I was thinking of. :)

I gotta admit ... Georgia surprised me twice in that game. First was in the 1st quarter then when it seems like Bama has the game in hand UGA dug in and started playing AND took the lead... but Bama gonna Bama so... so much for my pick 😆
