I watched that game, that flag should never have been thrown on fourth down and a little over a minute left in the game. The QB was already sacked with the ball. The win was literally taken off the board from Utah and play extended when no pass was even attempted. A PI or a Personal foul wouldn't be argued, but this smells of a conference protecting BYU unfairly.
