TEXAS AG SUES NCAA OVER “FAKE” WOMEN’S SPORTS

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is taking the NCAA to court, accusing it of “false advertising” for allowing male-born athletes in women’s sports.

Paxton:

"The NCAA is intentionally and knowingly jeopardizing the safety and wellbeing of women by deceptively changing women’s competitions into co-ed competitions."

The lawsuit claims NCAA policies deceive fans, saying consumers expect women-only competitions—not events where men “steal medals” from female athletes.
