I spent years giving Mods a reason to permaban me on Soundoff. They never did. Then I got nuked for no fucking reason. Karma, I guess, but I wouldn't go back if they paid me. I still miss many of you guys dearly. I mean that. Wish you and many others would post here and post here often.

I’ll try my best. I’ve found it hard to keep on that board and a home board as it is with everything going on right now. I feel guilty posting there sometimes but there's still posters over there that I like.

Friend of mine has suffered from clusters his whole adult life. Only thing to reset the cycle, small dose of psilocybin.

Tried it. Last cycle 3 years ago tried it twice. For me it didn't really help. Well it helped for a few hours. But the next night mire of the same. I've heard if you microdose while not in a cycle its great for prevention. Maybe my small dose wasnt small enough.☺
