BREAKING: 24-year-old illegal immigrant from Venezuelan busted for pretending to be a 16-year-old student at an Ohio high school.

Anthony Emmanuel Labrador Sierra was arrested after he posed as a teenager.

In November 2023, Labrador contacted Perrysburg Schools claiming to be a homeless immigrant from Venezuela seeking to enroll as a student claiming that he was born in 2007.

Kathy and Brad Melfred, experienced in hosting exchange students, took him in and gained permanent guardianship. They also helped him obtain a Social Security number and an Ohio driver’s license.

At some point, the Melfreds were contacted by a woman, Evelyn Camacho, who claimed Labrador was actually 24 years old and the father of her child. She provided a photo of his ID listing his birth date as March 27, 2001, along with Facebook photos of them together with a child.

A judge set a $50,000 bond at no 10%. If he were to post bond, he’d have to wear an ankle monitor and stay 2 miles away from the school and the household where he was staying, but he also has an immigration detainer.
