What a moronic headline. MS-13 illegal alien Garcia was correctly deported to his home nation of El Salvador and was subsequently indicted after new evidence of especially heinous crimes. He is now being prosecuted. After a lengthy prison sentence, it is back home to El Salvador.

David Huerta, who leads SEIU California (the state’s largest union representing over 750,000 workers including healthcare professionals and janitors), was injured and detained while observing an ICE raid in Los Angeles.

SEIU California Executive Director Tia Orr demanded his immediate release and medical care, calling Huerta’s actions consistent with his record of fighting for immigrant workers’ rights.

The union condemned the raids as harmful and divisive, and urged an end to the crackdown on immigrant workers who power the economy.

He also allegedly abused undocumented females and solicited nude photographs and videos from a minor.

Headline of course leaves out that the boy and his dad are Hondurans who illegally crossed the border in 2021 & were ordered to return to Honduras by a judge in 2022. The father appealed, and his appeal was rejected. They failed to leave the US, & will now be deported together.
