30,000 wouldn't hold our visiting opponents.

I would have done that stadium different. Closed off both ends with seating so that there are no open areas (gaps) and put cantilever roofs out far enough to where it just covers the seating so that 30,000 sounds like 50,000.

This ^^ ... they could have done way better imo without having to downsize from the 30,000 capacity. As it is it looks like a cheap FCS stadium minus the infield track.
