Hella DC. Shitty recruiter. Average HC. Basically his problem is surrounding himself with assistants that can overcome his deficiencies. If he put his ego down and hired the right people, he would get famous quick.

Henry was committed to UGA as an "Athlete" for nearly 2 years. While he set records as a running back at a small single "A" school in Yulee, Florida, Mark Richt wanted him to be a Linebacker at UGA. Saban flipped him by telling him he could run the ball in Tuscaloosa. It's actually a very similar story to Herschel Walker. Record breaking RB at the single "A" small high school, but NFL HOF LB. Dooley got Walker to commit to UGA at the last minute over Clemson because Clemson insisted that Walker would have a better career as a linebacker. Both turned into amazing ball carriers, but to this day, because of their athletic ability, I still think both would have been better at LB.
