Donald Trump signed an Executive Order to "save college sports."

1-Athletes can only transfer schools once before they graduate without having to sit out a season.

2-Athletes can only play up to 5 seasons in a 5 year window.

3-Aug 1st is the effective date.

4-Federal funding can be stripped from schools who don't comply.

But yet it seems everytime the ncaa tries to make or enforce a rule they get sued and told they can't do that.
