Scoville score??Picked this little beauty up in Jerome AZ a couple weeks ago. Jerome Reaper. We’re making chili on Friday. Can’t wait. I think it’ll be a real gut-sizzler. Not sure why the pic is sideways. Hopefully it’s not an omen.

Not sure about the sauce itself, but the Carolina Reaper pepper is at 2.2M. Although I doubt the sauce compares to simply eating a pepper.Scoville score??
Yep. No meat. The missus is a vegetarian.Beans?

Same here. First time I had Green Chili in Colorado I felt like I needed to wipe my ass with a snow cone for two days! The older I get, the less tolerable I am toward really hot shit.. literally,, the butthole cant handle it..
Texas Pete is my preference for flavor and heat.
This. I used to eat habaneros like candy. Nowadays its not about it going in, but more about it coming out. Eat something hot on Thursday and I spend Friday in the bathroom. The older I get, the less tolerable I am toward really hot shit.. literally,, the butthole cant handle it..

Franks is great, and makes a great base for creating other sauces.Franks is my go to. Never saw the point of straight heat...
Sounds delicious! Anyone else watch this show?
