I don't watch Network TV News or talk shows, who does?

I NEVER watch Network TV news or it's talk shows. I watched GMA for 1 segment this morning to catch Todd Phillips(Director of Joker) and turned away almost immediately after. From what I viewed, I'll be avoiding at all cost for another 10 years.

Who the Fuck would watch that shit?

I'm old. Back in the day, once upon a time and this ain't no shit, there were people on TV who were actually journalists. Fiercely independent and reported facts. If there was something they had an opinion on, they reserved it for an "editorial" segment. Today, there is no line between facts and opinion in MSM. Does not matter which side of the political spectrum you fall on. You do not get facts from any news outlet. They all have their point of view and present the news from there. The "Forth estate" is a joke if you want to get get the facts and form your own opinion from them, they are all operating from an agenda. Too much to filter...
 
I get all the news I need from football message boards. It’s usually about hot teachers boning their students, so I don’t see why people think this country’s going to hell.

and then you hear about Hunter Biden getting a 150 Billion dollar contract to rebuild homes in Iraq, and realize you work for less than 50 dollars an hour . Hell, homes in Iraq are nothing more than a sandcastle reinforced with super glue.

I remember.

The thing about my experience this week on GMA was the segment right before Todd Phillips' Joker interview was about "How womens' jeans fit differently now". Who Gives a flying fuck?

Then, right after, this performance took place in ALL SPANISH. Not one English lyric....on Good Morning AMERICA !!! I'm all for the melting pot, but I still want some of my DNA in the soup.

You do hear all sorts of things, but are they true?
 
I have a very good friend who thinks FOX is a liberal mouthpiece, He gets all of his news from Breibart and similar sources, so he "knows" a lot- most of which is false. But he's convinced. I'm sure there are many people just the opposite- and just as mislead, and they all get to vote.

My world is very small,, and I just want to be safe, I'd like to secure my financial future, Be able to grill a hamburger when I want one, mix a stout drink when needed, and get just a little bit of pussy every once in while :)
