@pooods said she was barely qualified to cook Meth so I can't imagine that chicken and rice being very edible.
Listen, I'm as easy going of a poster that there's ever been. I goof and take every one's shit like a champ. But if you EVER talk about my momma's chicken & rice again, I will root for the Gators every damn time they play them dawgs. Your call, tootz.

Last night supper was some chicken breast in the IP with a little left offer mushroom gravy. And some banked asparagus.
Was going to make keto enchiladas but decided to just go easy.

I finally found some pickled asparagus. It's like 6 bucks for that tiny little jar, but holy shit, it's good.
We pickle our own green beans. Good shit... The recipe:

Dilly Beans
4 Pints or 2 Quarts

2 lbs green beans
4 heads dill (3/4 tsp seed = 1 head)
4 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2.5 cups vinegar
2.5 cups water
¼ cup canning salt (no substitute) Non iodized works...
Per pint add 1 clove garlic, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper, 1 head dill (double for quart) to jar, pack beans into jar.
Combine vinegar, water and salt bring to boil. Pour over beans leaving ¼ “clearance, remove air bubbles. Boil in canning water bath for 10 minutes. (My experience is that if jars seal, the boiling is not needed and they stay crisp)
