MSU has not contacted me about their HC job yet

He’s got quite a resume, just limited experience as a HC. I get that many would prefer we paid someone with a lesser upside $2mil and just return to mediocrity, but the money is there, many millions leftover for the school to fund other things each year. Why not?

Sure sounds bad. The actual violation is the recruiting coordinator showing up on his own to a recruiting visit(which he isn’t suppose to do). He knew the kid and his Mom. Dantonio wasnt asked about any specific visit, but was adamant that never took Blackwell on any recruiting visits. The violation is about as serious as letting recruits run out of the tunnel wearing a uniform with their name on it.

Blackwell was suspended and then not retained because he tried to cover up a rape. His lawyers have been fined and reprimanded by the court continually as he sues Dantonio because his career is basically over. The smears have worked, Dantonio wasn’t welcome in Detroit, Blackwell has them convinced Dantonio/MSU shouldn’t have kicked the rapiststo the curb as soon ASAP.
