Idea for the forum.

I think I'm going to make a sub board that's called the "ticker."

The Ticker would have all cfb news articles posted to it so we can react to it. Only reputable posters would be able to start post there, so we avoid spam.

The Fifth Quarter Forum would still be reserved for original sports post.

Thoughts?
