Kind of confused, with more national titles than Michigan, Tenn, Texas, Nebbie and Penn how is Oklahoma #10?

Also they have the longest win streak in college football?

I hate taking up for the Gooners but ND, Bama, USC and tOSU have them beat in titles and Oklahoma didn't start winning titles until the picture started becoming more concise.
