While the Packers WR room doesn’t necessarily pass the eye test, Adams is obviously elite. When he was hurt last year Lazard showed value and I think they’re excited for St. Browns growth. Plus with the addition of Dillon, Aaron Jones should be expected to become more valuable in pass game. Like it!The WR’s they’ll have when the season starts:
-Adams
-St Brown
-Lazard
-Reggie
-Funchess
-Kumerow
-MVS
-Shepherd
RB’s secured past next season:
-Rookie AJ Dillon
-Josiah Deguara
I can SOMEWHAT agree with the popular argument of “they’ve never gave him weapons”, I’m also of the belief that a QB of Aaron’s caliber doesn’t need stud after stud lined up outside to throw to. I’m simultaneously completely in the camp that they’ve done just fine surrounding him with viable options to throw to. St Brown will be the surprise of this year’s WR corps. Dillon running the ball will take some of the load off of Rodgers. And history has shown us that 1st round draft pick WR’s don’t translate to Super Bowl wins. While the Packers WR room doesn’t necessarily pass the eye test, Adams is obviously elite.
