Crazy scene in Santa Monica, now live. Looting a shoe store half a block from line of police in daylight. Shoes and clothes pouring out of store in front of live camera. Apparently, somebody told the cops to wake up and look over their shoulder. Hilarious watching a guy come out store with four red boxes of athletic shoes and turn to cops coming his way, has an uh-oh moment, turns other way and goes ten yards and stops and turns around, more cops. Then carmera man is spinning around to keep up with action. Police corner about 15-20, get them down on ground, start with zipties, and half get up and make a run for it. One woman literally runs into camera.
